Detoxification Treatments india

The human body can be compared to a living and breathing magnet that attracts all toxin chemicals around it towards itself. These toxins are wide-ranging in type and bombard our bodies from various different sources, but most of them enter our body through the food that we consume. Except for organic produce, all vegetables and fruits that we consume have unhealthy traces of pesticides, fertilizers and other such chemical products used to aid in crop growth.

There is also a high risk of toxin ingestion in meat as well; poultry, cattle and hog farmers use a variety of chemicals to promote animal growth which gets carried into our bodies when we eat food prepared from such meat. Fish, considered to be one of the healthiest foods that one can consume, come with the risk of various water-borne toxin

It is not easy to ignore the fact that we eat and breathe toxin chemicals every single day of our existence on this planet. It is the gradual buildup of these toxin s in our bodies that has been attributed to be causative of a variety of ailments ranging from heart disease to several types of cancer.

Therefore, it is only natural that we put our body through a cleansing ritual periodically, in order to get rid of the accumulated toxins.
Detox, is nothing but ridding the body of unwanted and harmful chemical substances so that it is once again capable of functioning efficiently, ensuring good health and a sense of wellbeing.How Does Detoxification Work? Basically, Detoxification means cleaning the blood. It does this mainly by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin. However, when this system is compromised, impurities aren't properly filtered and every cell in the body is adversely affected.

Which Detox Program is Best for You?
There are many detoxification programs we have providing and depending on your individual needs. Main programs follow a 7-day schedule because, as Bennett explains, "it takes the body some time to clean the blood." His program involves fasting on liquids for two days, followed by a carefully-planned five-day Detox diet to allow the digestive system to rest. We also providing supplements, herbs, medication

A Detoxification Treatments can help the body's natural cleaning process by:

1) Resting the organs through fasting;
2) Stimulating the liver to drive toxins from the body;
3) Promoting elimination through the intestines, kidneys and skin;
4) Improving circulation of the blood; and
5) Refueling the body with healthy nutrients.

Varma Treatments in pondicherry

Siddha Varma  Treatments is a very ancient therapeutic system of
Tamil nadu.  It Deals with specific points in the human physiology called Varma.
 They are the intersections of the vital life force, where consciousness meets matter.  Through the proper application of releasing stagnated energy in specific parts of the body related to specific ailments, a natural and effective healing process occurs.  It is the most vital manner of healing available as the therapy takes access to the most primal life energy within human form.

A human body requires Dasavayus (10 vayus) namely Pranan, Abanan, Viyanan, Udanan, Samanan, Nagan, Koorman, Kirukaran, Dananjayan, Devadathan, for its proper functioning each vayu has its own function to keep the body healthy and disease free.
 Among all these Pranan or Pranavayu is the most important one. Pranavayu controls the function of all other vayus. It flows across the six atharas, the three Dasanadis (Idakalai, Pingalai, susuma nadi) from vertex to sole. The entire path of the pranavayu consists of junctions or places where it stays temporarily. These junctions are called Varma.
 There are 108 Varma or Varma points in our body. Out of these 12 are Paduvarmam or the Varmams which when injured can lead to death. The other 96 are Thoduvarmam which are used in Therapeutic purposes.
